These Terms of Service govern your use of Tiny Teams Baseball, including our website, apps, online services, live events, beta features, and related content (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your account details current.
• You may not sell, transfer, rent, share, or otherwise provide access to your account without our permission.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in cheating, abuse, fraud, harassment, exploitation, or violations of these Terms.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

This license does not give you any ownership rights in the Services, software, content, systems, or any in-game or app-related materials.

In-game items, players, currency, teams, and progress are not your property. They are licensed to you under these Terms and have no real-world monetary value. We may modify, remove, or reset any in-game content at our discretion as part of normal operation, balance updates, or beta development.

We may also modify rewards, gameplay systems, progression, events, stats, visuals, and platform features at any time, with or without notice.

Tiny Teams Baseball may include beta, early access, experimental, or evolving features. The Services may be unavailable, incomplete, or changed over time.

We may patch, rebalance, reset, disable, limit, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

You agree not to:

• cheat, exploit bugs, bot, automate gameplay, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Services
• create or use multiple accounts to manipulate rewards, events, referrals, progression, or rankings
• abuse referral systems, promotions, leaderboards, or community events
• harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other users or our staff
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems

Referral rewards, event progression, promotional systems, and community incentives are subject to review. We may void rewards, adjust progress, remove content, or ban accounts where we believe abuse, account farming, self-referrals, fraud, or manipulation has occurred.

If the Services are distributed through Apple, Google, or other platform providers, your use may also be subject to their applicable platform terms, policies, and purchase rules.

Unless otherwise required by law or platform policy, virtual content, app entitlements, and service access are non-refundable and may change over time.

Platform providers are not responsible for the operation of our Services except where their own terms or applicable law say otherwise.

You may request deletion of your account through supported account tools or by contacting us at admin@tiny-teams.com. We may retain limited information as necessary for legal, security, abuse-prevention, and operational reasons.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or created risk for the Services or community.

The Services may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, analytics, community, security, or related functions. We are not responsible for third-party services except as required by law.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiny Teams Baseball and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, goodwill, virtual items, or service access arising from your use of the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the effective date above and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
