This Privacy Policy explains how Tiny Teams Baseball, operated by Knightmare Games ("Tiny Teams Baseball," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, retains, and deletes information when you use our website, mobile apps, and related online services (collectively, the "Services").

This policy is intended to support current App Store and Google Play privacy expectations and should be read together with any platform-level privacy disclosures shown in app listings.

We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not use your information for cross-app or cross-site behavioral advertising.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

  • Account information: email address, display name, authentication provider details, and account identifiers.
  • Gameplay and service data:team state, player progression, in-game event participation, rewards, Cup Snake activity, referral activity, and related gameplay statistics.
  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, pages or screens viewed, feature interactions, and approximate timestamps of use.
  • Security and fraud-prevention data: CAPTCHA verification data, abuse-prevention signals, and rate-limit or event-review data.
  • Support and communications data: information you send us when you email or otherwise contact support.

2. How We Collect Information

  • Directly from you when you create an account, sign in, update account information, or contact us.
  • Automatically when you use the Services, including through cookies, local storage, authentication tokens, and analytics tools.
  • From third-party providers you choose to use for sign-in, such as Google or Discord.
  • From security tools such as Cloudflare Turnstile used to reduce spam, bots, and abuse.

3. How We Use Information

  • To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
  • To create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and maintain sessions.
  • To power gameplay systems, progression, events, community features, and support features.
  • To measure product usage and performance, including through analytics.
  • To detect, investigate, and prevent abuse, fraud, cheating, botting, referral manipulation, and technical misuse.
  • To respond to support requests and operational communications.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

4. Sharing And Disclosure

We may share information with:

  • Infrastructure and service providers:Supabase for authentication and backend services, Vercel for hosting and deployment, Google for analytics and certain sign-in services, Discord for optional community/sign-in features, and Cloudflare Turnstile for bot and abuse prevention.
  • Business tools: providers we use for email, productivity, support, and internal operations.
  • Legal and safety purposes: where required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, integrity, or security of our users, team, or Services.
  • Corporate transactions: in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

When we rely on third-party partners or SDKs, we expect them to protect data in a manner consistent with their obligations and our disclosures.

5. Retention And Deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Services, maintain accounts, support gameplay systems, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our Terms.

If you request account deletion, we will take steps to delete or de-identify personal data associated with your account, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, and operational retention needs.

Tiny Teams Baseball currently provides an in-app account deletion path through the account area for supported signed-in users. You may also contact us if you need help with deletion requests.

6. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information we maintain about you, subject to applicable law and reasonable verification.

  • You may update certain account information from within your account settings.
  • You may request account deletion through supported in-app account controls or by contacting us at admin@tiny-teams.com from the email associated with your account.
  • You may limit certain browser-based storage or cookies through your browser settings, though parts of the Services may not function correctly.
  • You may choose whether to use optional third-party sign-in providers.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate authorization where required by law. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us.

9. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we take reasonable steps to ensure those transfers are handled in accordance with applicable law.
