How seasons work

Schedule

A season runs six days, Wednesday 8:00am Eastern through Monday 11:00pm Eastern. Each day has three slots — Early, Mid, and Late — and every slot pits two teams against each other in a three-game series. Over the full season, every team plays every other team in their division twice.

Divisions

When a season is created, teams are sorted by rank and rating, then snake-distributed across divisions to keep each one competitive — so every division should have a mix of strong and developing teams. The target size is 10 teams per division.

Standings

Teams are ranked within their division by win percentage, with raw win count as the tiebreaker. Streak, run differential, and ELO are shown for context but don't affect the standings sort.

Promotion and relegation

When the season ends, the top 30% of each division promote up one tier on the global ladder, and the bottom 20%relegate down one tier. The middle stays put. Bot teams don't promote or relegate.

The ladder runs ten ranks across three leagues, from League 3 · Tier 3 (bottom) up to League 1 · Tier 1 (top).
